We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Onsite Community Association Manager to join our team in Parrish, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the community association, ensuring the smooth management of facilities, and fostering a positive living environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the community association onsite.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, board members, vendors, and contractors.


• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure community standards are upheld.


• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and association records.


• Enforce community rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner.


• Organize and attend board meetings, providing updates and recommendations.


• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve issues effectively.


• Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.


• Maintain accurate records of community activities, correspondence, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an onsite community association manager or similar role.
