Open Positions - Positions are weekdays, first shift:

• Manufacturing Operators (Assembly, Lapping, Logistics)


• CNC Machine Operators (CTX Machines)


• CNC Setup Programmers

 We require long pants and closed toe shoes to enter the production areas. Photo ID required for security to enter building.

Manufacturing experience is preferred; however we provide training. This is a non-exempt position with pay starting at $21.00 per hour. 

What you should be good at

• High School diploma or GED preferred.


• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.


• Proficient in reading and interpreting standardized work instructions, safety guidelines, and operating manuals.


• Strong practical judgment with the ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions accurately.


• Competent in basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.


• Skilled in manual dexterity, with the ability to efficiently produce various products in a work cell environment.


• Effective team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced setting.
