Starting rate: $19.45-$21.04 per hour
8 and a half hours weekly plus lodging in a single housing unit onsite

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities
Job Description:
The Onsite Manager is responsible for basic operations and maintenance of a drug and alcohol-free housing facility in Eugene, Oregon, for individuals with conviction histories. The onsite manager lives in a private unit within the home or complex with a shared kitchen and living spaces. The position ensures the property and grounds are well maintained, upholds positive relations with neighboring community members, and works in collaboration with the Long-Term Housing Manager to support residents in maintaining a peaceful living environment while adhering to the terms of the lease agreement.

Coordinate Tenant Relations

Education and Experience:
The onsite manager must respect and abide by the tenets of drug and alcohol-free housing. Due to limited parking, the On-Site Housing Manager will receive a reserved parking space.

Post-conviction Supervision Status
Any successful candidate for this position who is on parole or probation must have completed at least 6 months of supervision without violation. Candidates who have been participants in the Sponsors Transitions program must have successfully completed the program and have at least three (3) months without a parole or probation violation since exiting. A letter of support will be requested for candidates under supervision to confirm eligibility. Candidates must not be in a diversion program (e.g. SB416, Treatment Court, DUII Diversion, Restorative Justice).
