Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Coordinate community programs and services

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain compliance with documentation and inspections

  Support communication with residents, families, and staff

  Manage office operations, scheduling, and purchasing

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare reports, track budgets, and organize meetings

Qualifications:

• 
  

  High school diploma; 3+ years administrative experience

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient in Microsoft Office

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
