Operational Excellence & Portfolio Support Specialist

Be part of a collaborative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused team where you will support operational excellence and portfolio management activities. In this role, you will help drive efficiency, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination to enable successful product lifecycle management.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Coordinate sample requests, including receipt, tracking, storage, and distribution to internal stakeholders
• Support raw material and alternate vendor qualification processes to ensure compliance and continuity
• Facilitate New Product Introduction (NPI) and Ingredient Qualification Request (IQR) processes across teams
• Maintain and validate portfolio, supplier, and product data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support data collection, cleansing, reporting, and dashboard updates for business insights
• Coordinate sensory, analytical, and technical evaluations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
• Contribute to portfolio rationalization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, and status tracking across multiple activities
• Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Technical, Innovation, and Business teams to support operational goals

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience coordinating projects or activities across multiple functions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Power BI, or SharePoint is advantageous
