ABOUT THIS ROLE

We're a growing San Diego cleaning company with a real standard and a team that cares. We need someone to own the field — scheduling, quality, and the people doing the work.

This is not a desk job. You'll be in homes, with crews, solving real problems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own daily scheduling and crew assignments


• Run quality inspections and walkthroughs


• Coach and train cleaners to our standards


• Handle client escalations and resolve issues on site


• Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory


• Support hiring and onboarding of new cleaners

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience managing a field team — cleaning, hospitality, or trades


• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license


• Legal authorization to work in the US


• Comfortable with scheduling software and mobile apps


• Calm under pressure, high standards, genuinely good with people


• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
