Operations Assistant Manager

Seeking an Operations Assistant position for our Tire Mart retail stores. This position will travel to different retail stores, depending on the needs of the company. Hours will remain the same. Candidates will work under the direction of the operations manager for one month in order to gain experience both on daily operations, as well as further knowledge of the industry as a whole.

The operations assistant will work on the following tasks:

• Directly assist in sales, both helping storefront customers and answering calls made directly to the store.
  




• Assist in installation when needed. This may include tasks such as driving vehicles into installation bays, unbolting lugnuts using power tools, bleeding air from tires, and more depending on the needs of the installation crew.
  




• Identify where operations of each store are in need of improvement. Candidates must be able to identify where a store runs smoothly, and what areas the store is not performing up to company standards.
  

Requirements

• Must be Bilingual. (Spanish & English)
  




• Must possess the ability to interact with retail customers
  




• Must be flexible to serve at different work locations depending on company needs
  




• Candidates do not need previous experience in the Tire or Automotive industry, but must be willing to learn more about the industry
