What You’ll Do
- Supervise and coordinate activities of all associates at the K+S Oakville Location
- Interface with Sales, Customers and Other K+S locations to provide assistance related to repair and remanufacturing activities
- Train and monitor associates in all aspects of their required duties within established corporate methods and procedures to meet company quality and delivery metrics
- Monitor day to day product flow to achieve company delivery targets and revenue goals
- Manage and coordinate employee utilization based on needs and customer requirements
- Visit customer sites to resolve issues, obtain knowledge, build relationships and identify new opportunities
- Manage inventory, operational costs and budgets
- Identify needs for new repair/test capabilities, the resources required and the estimated costs to implement them

What We Need from You
- Advanced computer skills
