You will be working for our client, a P&C insurance agency that is managing the full policy lifecycle for its clients focused on property and casualty insurance, including commercial lines. They work with multiple carriers and run a structured operation with dedicated CRM, closing, and quality control teams.

In your day-to-day, you will

• Support the Agency Manager in overseeing daily operations across the full policy lifecycle


• Coordinate with the CRM Team Lead to assign and monitor daily tasks across the CRM team


• Oversee quoting with multiple carriers, broker applications, certificates, endorsements, and renewal preparation


• Order and issue binders, certificates, policies, and endorsements, verifying accuracy before sending to clients


• Process renewals with producers and agents, following agency procedures


• Own customer satisfaction and retention across the team's book of business, stepping in early when issues come up


• Own sales and production targets for yourself and your team


• Train new hires through knowledge transfer, on-the-job training, and floor support


• Review recurring reports (tasks, missed calls, renewal pipeline, new business) and drive resolution of flagged issues


• Monitor adherence to SOPs, including task notation, EZlynx labeling, and folder structure


• Partner with the Quality Control Lead and Service Delivery Leader to close productivity gaps and improve team knowledge


• Work with the Closing Procedure Lead to keep policies moving smoothly through to close


• Hold daily meetings with Team Leads to improve workflow and productivity


• Report daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables to senior management independently


• Support the Agency Manager on ad hoc projects, audits, and process improvements

Skills you have

• 5+ years of experience in P&C insurance operations, account or policy management, or team coordination


• 2+ years of experience in commercial lines


• 1+ year in a supervisory or management role


• Direct P&C insurance experience with carriers, quoting, endorsements, and claims processes (this role has no ramp-up period)


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PDFs), carrier websites, and agency management systems like EZlynx


• Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills


• Ability to work independently


• Leadership and team building skills, with the initiative to grow within the company


• Authorization to work in the US (no H-1B sponsorship available)
