Clean Harbors is looking for an Operations Manager Clean Harbors is looking for an Operations Manager to join our new data center services team. This individual will lead field operations for data center construction , specialty mechanical support, commissioning — mechanical flushing, chemical passivation, water filtration, and industrial cleaning — while ensuring every job is delivered safely, on schedule, and in full compliance to join their team! This individual will be responsible for managing operations at the branch.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Manage and coordinate the efforts and Health and Safety oversite of Clean Harbors/HPC employees.
• Ensure utilization of all equipment and manpower is maximized.
• Develop, monitor and measure against operational and financial KPI’s.
• Establish processes to measure performance of all personnel to continuously improve performance levels.
• Ensure infrastructure and employees are equipped to conduct business efficiently and are able to perform well in their jobs.
• Develop and ensure compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related required.
• 5-7 years' relevant experience in one of our lines of business. (Chemical cleaning, Water Filtration and Special Mechanical) Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Ability to travel 50%.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this role. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to the base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
