Position Summary
The Recuperative Care Operations Manager is a key organizational leader responsible for the strategic, operational, and clinical coordination of Whole Person Care Clinic’s Recuperative Care program. This role oversees all day‑to‑day site operations for a short‑term residential program serving individuals experiencing homelessness who are discharged from hospitals or healthcare settings and require structured recovery support.
The Operations Manager ensures a safe, trauma‑informed, and clinically aligned environment by supervising multidisciplinary staff, maintaining operational excellence, and driving consistent adherence to healthcare, regulatory, and program standards. This leader is accountable for workforce performance, client flow, safety systems, quality assurance, and cross‑department collaboration, ensuring that every aspect of the program operates with reliability, professionalism, and dignity.
The role requires a steady, solutions‑oriented leader who can navigate high‑acuity situations, support complex client needs, and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, referral sources, and community agencies. Through clear communication, operational discipline, and a commitment to client‑centered care, the Operations Manager ensures the program delivers consistent, high‑quality services that support client stabilization and recovery.
