Operations Manager- Mount Sinai at Home- Full Time Days

Responsible for managing day to day operations and financial management of Mount Sinai at Home, ensuring high standards of patient care.  Responsible for contracts and management of vendors, internal relationships to facilitate billing/accounting/staffing and office needs. 

III.  DESCRIPTION OF COMPETENCIES

A.   Operational Duties

•    Manages market business functions 
•    Executes strategy and approaches to meet clinical, strategic and financial targets 
•    Works with senior leaders, clinical leadership to implement operational efficiencies, improve quality and service
productivity
•    Reconcile vendor and supply inventory for appropriate utilization and invoice approvals
•    Establish relationships with new vendors and providers and manage these relationships as needed
•    Collaborate across MSHS to support growth and efficiency of MSaH 
•    Serve as central resource to clinical and non clinical staff for operational processes and escalations
•    Produce reports internally and externally on program performance, strategic planning, performance reviews
•    May be required to perform other duties as assigned

Required: 
•    Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare or related field
•    2+ years of healthcare experience
•    Experience across payors, providers and health systems
•    Fluency with payment metholdlogies and leading transitions within operations 
 

Compensation Statement

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $78,884.00 - $118,326.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
