The Operations Specialist position focuses on building relationships between our clients and healthcare professionals, ensuring shifts are filled and patient care is met.

• Location(s): Our corporate office is located in Milford, Iowa. We work and live where others vacation! We offer the option to work full-time onsite, hybrid, or full-time remote based on your location. Onsite: Team members can choose to work full-time onsite at our corporate office. Hybrid: Our hybrid option allows team members to work 3 days at home and 2 days in the office each week. Thursdays are considered to be a universal onsite day for all employees within a 40-mile radius of headquarters. Remote: Based on a candidate’s location, this position can also be offered as a full-time work from home opportunity.
• Schedule: As an Operations Specialist, you can expect to work Thursday-Saturday 6am-7pm CST. Ability to request additional hours to get a 40-hour work week.
• Wage: This hourly pays at $17.00-20.00 per hour. Wages are received weekly, with the option to earn it sooner with Instant Pay! Total compensation package for this position is up to $23.00/hour.
• Benefits: Medical insurance: premium as low as $16.59 per week, Basic Life Insurance: $50,000, 401k: up to 4% employer match, bonuses/incentives: numerous opportunities

A day in the life of an Operations Specialist:

Support to our healthcare professionals

• On a daily basis, you will work with our healthcare professionals to motivate them in finding and booking into shift opportunities at facilities with staffing shortages.
• You will train our healthcare professionals on how to best manage their online schedule.
• You will provide above and beyond positive energy while frequently interacting with our healthcare professionals via phone calls, text messages, and email.
• Our healthcare professionals put their trust in you, so you will mentor them through any issues or complaints they bring forward.

Support to our healthcare facilities

• Determination is the name of the game! You will coordinate schedules and fill staffing needs for primarily long-term care facilities to ensure they are fully staffed.
• You will train our facilities on how to best manage their online portal.
• You will serve as the go-to individual for our facilities, upselling and educating them on GrapeTree procedures and our staffing solutions.
• You will provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships, always.

Here’s what we would need from you to be successful in this role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• High level of confidentiality
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent organization, computer, and communication skills
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM
• The role of a Staffing Specialist may require night and weekend shifts to be worked as business needs arise
• Employee will be expected to be in 100% attendance during the entire portion of the four week new hire orientation and training.
