Customer-facing airport role focused on keeping the terminal curb safe, organized, and secure. About half of the job is working outside near the terminal helping direct vehicles, passengers, taxis, rental cars, and parking traffic. The other half includes helping with airport operations when curb traffic is slow.
$15 - $17 an hour
Responsibilities include patrolling terminal and parking areas, operating the airport shuttle, helping with unattended vehicles, staying in radio contact with dispatch, assisting with security and inspections, and providing helpful customer service to passengers and visitors.
Must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid NC driver’s license with a good driving record, and strong communication/customer service skills. No previous experience is required. Must be comfortable working outside, standing and walking for long periods, driving, lifting, and working weekends, holidays, or different shifts.
