This role assesses learning needs, develops standardized curricula, and partners with leaders and subject matter experts to create effective training solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing data and feedback to drive continuous improvement, managing LMS activities, supporting new product training, and coaching trainers through evaluations and development initiatives. The position collaborates across teams, ensures consistency in training processes, and builds external partnerships. Ideal candidates bring experience in learning & development within a technical or manufacturing environment, strong instructional design and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while influencing stakeholders across all levels.
