As an Operations Training Curriculum Designer/Instructor \u2013 Level 3 or Level 4 located in Colorado Springs, CO, you\u2019ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.\n\nAs a curriculum designer they will create, manage, and maintain training products to be delivered to customers in support of mission operations. The selected candidate will be required to design and develop training material to support automated scenarios, mission exercises and certification check rides for the customer and internal operations personnel. Other responsibilities include working with the Mission/Systems Leads to identify training needs and develop training plans and curriculum such as reference guides and evaluation tools. They will work with mission operations personnel to ensure training curriculum and scenarios accurately represent current operational documentation used during on-orbit checkout and commissioning of satellites as well as during execution of primary mission(s). \n \nApplicants may be asked to support multiple programs to ensure standardization across the spectrum of missions the Software \u0026 Controls, and Engineering division manages. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
