About the Role

Shift & Schedule

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll be Doing)

• Operate and monitor mixing processes to ensure products meet quality and specification standards


• Accurately scale, record, and track all ingredients, including lot codes and batch documentation


• Communicate effectively with production teams to maintain workflow efficiency and minimize downtime


• Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues to support continuous operations


• Maintain compliance with food safety, GMPs, and company safety standards


• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the work area and equipment


• Support team operations through training, collaboration, and assisting in production activities as needed

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience


• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English


• Basic math and timekeeping skills


• Ability to make logical decisions and follow production instructions


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently carry more than 20 lbs


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform physical tasks for extended periods


• Ability to work in varying environments (hot, cold, wet, noisy, or confined spaces)

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or bakery production environment


• Familiarity with SAP systems or production tracking tools


• Experience with mixing operations or batch production processes


• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)


• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
