Required Qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.


• Upon hire: National Certified Ophthalmic Assistant - Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology or
  
  
  
  • Upon hire: National Certified Ophthalmic Technician - Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology.
  
  


• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.


• 1 year experience.
