A well-established optometric practice in Saugus, MA, is seeking a personable and reliable Optometrist to join their team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a doctor looking for flexible part-time work, additional clinical hours, or a stable, long-term position without the responsibilities of practice ownership. The practice features a consistent patient flow, experienced support staff, and advanced diagnostic technology.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Part-time (Saturday only preferred; 1–4 days per week options available)
• Schedule: Saturdays 10am–4pm; additional days negotiable
• Compensation: $75–$95 per hr (Saturdays: $100 per hr)

Practice Environment:

• 20-minute exam slots
• Flexible patient load based on schedule
• Support team: one experienced technician
• Equipment: Optos, OCT, iCare tonometer (training available if needed)
• EHR: Crystal PM
• Minimal administrative burden

Candidate Requirements:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Current Massachusetts Optometry license
• Good personality and willingness to work Saturdays
• Dependable and able to work independently within a supportive team
