Position Overview:

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a 0.75 FTE Optometrist to join our eye care team at both the Puyallup Medical Center in Puyallup, Washington & Tacoma Medical Center, in Tacoma, Washington.

All applicants must possess a full range of clinical skills and an interest in working with an innovative group practice.

• This position is 100% outpatient.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $160,099 to $188,352 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)

Qualifications

• Required: Doctorate of Optometry - OD


• Preferred: Optometry Residency


• Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA 


• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
