Job Description

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

• Provide comprehensive, office-based eye care with a focus on preventive health, early disease detection, and patient education.


• Key Responsibilities
  
  
  
  • Perform routine eye exams and vision assessments, including evaluation of visual acuity, depth perception, color vision, macular function, and visual fields
  
  
  • Detect and diagnose refractive errors, ocular disease, and systemic conditions with eye-related manifestations
  
  
  • Prescribe corrective lenses and appropriate treatments
  
  
  • Develop and communicate clear, individualized care plans
  
  
  • Educate patients on eye health, disease prevention, and treatment options
  
  
  • Assist with and interpret diagnostic testing
  
  
  • Collaborate with optometrists and clinical staff to support coordinated, high-quality patient care
  
  
  
  

Base salary, plus supplemental pay for providers who agree to work at our South County outlying clinics:

• Gonzales, Soledad, Greenfield: +15% of base salary


• King City: +20% of base salary
