Optometrist - Temple, Pennsylvania

A well-established, family-owned optometry practice is seeking a personable, reliable Optometrist to join its team. With a reputation built over four decades and a family legacy in optical spanning a century, this office combines professional excellence with a genuine commitment to work-life balance. Most optometrists on staff have more than 10 years of tenure, reflecting the welcoming and supportive culture.

Key Position Details:

• Position available January 2027
• Compensation: $850 per diem (1099 employee)
• Schedule: 4 midweek days per week (currently Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, but other options will be considered)
• Patient Load: Typically 15–16 patients per day
• Practice Environment: 2 opticians and 1 front desk staff
• Technology: Familiarity with EMR systems required
