POSITION OVERVIEW
• Multiple full-time day shift openings for Registered Nurses in a hospital Operating Room
• Seven fully equipped procedure rooms, each staffed with one circulator and two surgical technologists
• Broad case mix including orthopedic and orthopedic trauma, sports medicine, general surgery, gynecology, vascular, podiatry, spine, DaVinci robotic, trauma, and urology
• Dynamic, fast-paced environment with both inpatient and outpatient cases

SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
• Full time, days
• In-person, hospital-based Operating Room
• Seven procedure rooms; one circulator and two surgical technologists per room
• Inpatient and outpatient surgical cases

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform accurate, thorough patient assessments and identify patient needs
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings
• Provide age- and condition-appropriate nursing care
• Complete timely, accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record
• Develop, implement, and revise interdisciplinary care plans for each patient

• Salary: $71,136 – $100,256

• Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school REQUIRED
• Current RN license valid in West Virginia REQUIRED
• 1 year of Surgery experience REQUIRED
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire REQUIRED
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 6 months of hire REQUIRED
• ASLS certification preferred
