Position Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst – Oracle EPM partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology (FA&IT) teams to enhance financial visibility, reporting, planning, and decision-support capabilities across the organization. This role plays a key part in supporting executive leadership through accurate, timely, and actionable financial information.

The position requires a strong foundation in accounting and finance combined with hands-on experience with the Oracle EPM Cloud suite, including FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, and NRCS. The Senior Financial Analyst applies both functional and technical expertise to design, optimize, and support EPM solutions that align with evolving business needs.

Working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, this role delivers high-quality solutions to multiple internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include performing complex analytical and system-related activities, applying critical thinking to resolve issues, supporting EPM functionality, and ensuring data integrity and reliability. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, effective prioritization, and a customer-focused approach to supporting Finance leadership and business partners.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MS Finance, MS Accounting, or related discipline) preferred.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA preferred but not required.
• Oracle EPM certification(s) strongly preferred.

• Up-to-date and well-maintained documentation of business processes, procedures, and EPM configurations that support financial close, planning, reporting, and compliance objectives.
• Improved usability, transparency, and effectiveness of EPM applications through thoughtful analysis and enhancement of reports, processes, and system functionality.
• Timely and consistent delivery of EPM enhancements and initiatives aligned with business priorities, scope, and quality expectations.
• Increased efficiency, consistency, and reliability of financial close, planning, and consolidation processes.
• Proactive identification and adoption of new EPM functionality and tools that enhance Finance outcomes and user experience.
• Ongoing professional development to maintain current knowledge of EPM, financial systems, and industry best practices.
• Consistent compliance with company policies, procedures, governance standards, and internal control requirements.
