Location: Hollywood, FL Hybrid (3/2) On-Site from Day 1


Duration: 12+ Months

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Test Analyst to support testing across a large Oracle implementation. This person will work with business users, functional leads, and technical teams to verify that Oracle processes, integrations, and reports work as expected before go-live. The role also includes coordinating test execution, managing the test script inventory, and documenting the results of each test cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test scenarios and scripts based on business requirements and Oracle configurations.
  
  
  


• Maintain the test script inventory, including script ownership, assignments, priorities, and status.
  
  
  


• Track the number of scripts planned, executed, passed, failed, blocked, and outstanding for each test cycle.
  
  
  


• Coordinate test execution with business users, functional leads, and technical teams.
  
  
  


• Perform system integration testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing support.
  
  
  


• Test business processes across applicable Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, such as ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM.
  
  
  


• Validate data flows between Oracle and connected systems, including integrations and reports.
  
  
  


• Document the results of each test cycle, including script outcomes, supporting evidence, defects, retest results, and outstanding items.
  
  
  


• Document defects clearly, track them through resolution, and retest fixes.
  
  
  


• Report testing progress, script counts, blockers, and risks that could affect go-live readiness.
  
  
  


• Support business users during UAT and assist with testing during deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience testing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  
  
  


• Experience creating test cases, coordinating test cycles, managing test script inventories, and tracking defects.
  
  
  


• Understanding of end-to-end business processes in at least one Oracle functional area, such as Finance, Procurement/SCM, or HCM.
  
  
  


• Experience testing integrations, reports, and data conversions.
  
  
  


• Ability to maintain accurate script counts and clearly summarize test cycle results for project stakeholders.
  
  
  


• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and explain issues clearly.
  
  
  


• Strong documentation, organization, and follow-through skills.
  
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with Oracle implementation or transformation projects.
  
  
  


• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud testing tools, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test management and defect-tracking tools.
  
  
  


• Experience supporting UAT and go-live activities
