Locations: Asheville, Morganton, Hickory, and Statesville, NC

We’re excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our established and expanding practice. With four thriving locations across Western North Carolina, this is a turnkey opportunity with a strong foundation of referral partners, room for clinical growth, and a clear path to ownership.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
   
• Compensation: Competitive base salary with a generous percentage of net collections after exceeding $1M
   
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
   
• Relocation Assistance: $10,000
   
• Ownership/Equity: Offered after 1 year

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree
   
• Completion of an ADA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery program
   
• Active North Carolina dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
