What You'll Do:

The Order Coordinator is responsible for printing, organizing and dispatching routed orders.

•  Read work orders and receive verbal instructions for work assignments to print, organize, separate, scan and assign customer orders/pick tickets,
• Provide communication and support between sales and warehouse teams including reviewing emails for deleted orders, route and quantity changes and responding to the team in a timely manner.
• Review and maintain workbooks, refresh and finalize queries
• Monitor and communicate work volume to the Management Team.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform functions, accountabilities and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules and regulations including GMP guidelines.
• Assist with and within other warehouse areas and functions as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in safely operating warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, pallet jack, high reach truck), preferred
• High degree of skill and dexterity in operation and safe control of warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required
• Experience and certification for an electric pallet jack, a plus
• Experience with Infor WMS, a plus
