Job Description - Order Management Specialist

As a member of the Order Management team you will be providing high quality support to both internal and external customers. Order Management team handles the Order to Cash processes: reviews submitted orders and processes them in the ERP and CRM systems, activating licenses, invoicing and collection.  


 


Responsibilities: 



  • Support the sales team in all aspects of deal flow from the point the deal is submitted to finance. Lead the sales cycle from order to cash. Manage all opportunities to cash activities. 



  • Know and understand the Order Management processes, prioritize assignments especially in a high-pressure end-of-quarter periods. 



  • Support the company’s customers, be the focal point of contact, build good relationships with partners and end-users. 



  • Act as the main interface between all supporting functions: Finance, Sales & SalesOps, Legal and Operations. 



  • Implement the company’s policies and procedures to ensure SOX compliance and Revenue Recognition regulations are met. 


 


Requirements: 



  • 1-year experience in a similar position in a High-Tech company 



  • Full knowledge of SalesForce 



  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 



  • High energy and high motivation 



  • Creative thinking- ability to solve complex problems and think outside the box 



  • Attention to details 



  • Ability to perform in a multicultural environment 



  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
