Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking an Order Manager Support candidate who is responsible for coordinating with Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Product Management, Sales and Contracts as needed to facilitate the entry of orders.  The role requires management of a shared email inbox, understanding of basic accounting principles, and the ability to work within standard business processes.  Daily tasks are mostly independent, driven by customer requests.  This position demands excellent organization and communication skills.

Essential Functions:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office products


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a team environment


• Overtime as needed

 Qualifications:

·       High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

·       SAP experience

·       Microsoft Dynamics

The salary range for this role in Virginia (outside of Greater D.C. area) is $41,500 - $76,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
