Job Description - Organic Regulatory Affairs Manager

Company Overview

Nitricity is a startup addressing one of the most significant climate change contributors, and we seek your help. The $120B industry is responsible for as much as 6% of global CO2eq emissions. Nitricity Inc. has developed a new technology that produces fertilizer using air, water, and renewable electricity (e.g., solar). Growers will have access to a more reliable, low-cost, and environmentally friendly fertilizer supply. We are actively growing our team to help us realize this vision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the agricultural, organic products, or fertilizer industry.

  • Strong understanding of organic certification standards (e.g., USDA-NOP, OMRI, EU, etc.).

  • Familiarity with agricultural sustainability practices and trends.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with international regulatory compliance.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
