What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcoming patients with a warm smile and helping them feel at home
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments for our orthodontic team
• Keeping our scheduling system running like clockwork
• Answering patient inquiries and sharing information about our awesome treatments
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate patient records

What We're Looking For:

• Ideally, 1 year of customer service and front desk experience (preferred, but not required)
• Proficient computer skills to handle scheduling software and patient records
• Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Discretion in handling confidential information
