JOB SUMMARY

The Orthopedic Surgeon provides direct clinical treatment services to patients on an outpatient basis, performs surgical procedures necessary for treatment, ensuring that patients receive the treatment necessary to treat their emergency medical complaint.

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

Saint Francis Healthcare System, a Level III Trauma Center, is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to join our thriving Advanced Orthopedic Specialists Team.


Our team has an established referral base to allow for one to focus on an elective practice and is backed by two Ortho Trauma Surgeons to offset call burden.


High volume and need for Adult Reconstruction, Hand, and Generalist work. Spine is covered by our Neurosurgeons.

  • Base or greater of productivity first two years (with RVU compensation model at year 3)

Certification & Licensures:

  • Medical license in the State of Missouri
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
  • Must also maintain a Controlled Substance license for the State of Missouri and Federal DEA. 
  • Must have successfully completed, an accredited Orthopedic residency program. 
  • Must maintain active medical privileges and medical memberships. 
  • Must be Board Certified within 2 years of hire date.
