The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading
healthcare organization in Russellville, AL, to recruit an experienced and
qualified Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing surgical practice serving a
diverse patient population.

This opportunity offers a strong volume of
orthopedic cases, experienced OR support, and a collaborative clinical team
committed to surgical excellence.

Schedule: Full-Time | Weekends & holidays as
required

Practice & Facilities

  • 3
    modern operating rooms + 2 arthroscopy towers

  • Support
    from Surgical techs, NPs, and PAs

  • Inpatient EHR: Medhost + Outpatient EHR: eClinicalWorks 

Practice currently has no residents, robotic systems are
not in use, and the call schedule, including weekends and holidays, will be
determined upon discussion.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    comprehensive orthopedic care to a diverse patient population

  • Evaluate,
    diagnose, and treat a broad range of orthopedic conditions and injuries

  • Perform
    general orthopedic and trauma procedures

  • Collaborate
    with surgical, clinical, and support teams to deliver high-quality patient
    care

  • Participate
    in an on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays

What We’re Looking For

Education, Experience, Licensure and Certifications

  • MD
    or DO degree from an accredited medical school

  • Board
    certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery

  • Active
    and unrestricted Alabama medical license 

  • Previous
    experience providing comprehensive orthopedic care
