We are currently looking for a full time Outbound Consumer Loan Specialist to assist our members with their consumer loan needs! 

Our hero's mission is to . . . 

• Execute outbound sales activities to drive consumer loan growth and meet or exceed production goals
• Identify lending opportunities through proactive outreach campaigns and curated lead lists
• Analyze members’ financial situations to recommend appropriate loan solutions
• Promote and cross-sell consumer lending products, including full Home Equity Products
• Build relationships with members through consultative, needs-based conversations
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within CRM (. e.g. HubSpot)
• Analyzes the members’ full financial story to determine opportunities to improve their financial lives.
• Consistently achieve sales goals through targeted sales activities such as outbound calls
• Guide applicants through the loan process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of documentation and compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and track progress.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless loan processing and exceptional member service.
• Actively seeks opportunities to increase loan volume.
• Uncover and cross sell additional services and products.

To complete this mission, our financial hero needs to be a persistent self-starter who is outgoing and empathetic with great communication skills. As a loan sales person, our hero has to be motivated, confident, and creative. Being an independent thinker and problem solver is essential to the mission as is being a service focused team player.

At a minimum, our hero needs to have a high school diploma or equivalent as well as a minimum of 3 years' sales experience along with a history of achieving sales goals or a suitable combination of experience, education, and/or training that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities. Consumer lending experience is preferred. Knowledge of Home Equity Lending products preferred. 

The Outbound Consumer Loan Specialist position is a commission-based position.
