JOB SUMMARY

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  
  Demonstrate and lead material handling and warehousing functions required for receiving, processing, storing, moving, and shipping parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
  
  


• 
  
  Lead daily outbound operations to ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders.
  
  


• 
  
  Demonstrate and lead work from a variety of source documents to verify quantities, part numbers, destinations, and shipment schedules.
  
  


• 
  
  Monitor workflow and assign tasks to team members to meet productivity and service goals.
  
  


• 
  
  Demonstrate and lead the use of machines for weighing, banding, wrapping, labeling, and packaging products.
  
  


• 
  
  Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  
  


• 
  
  Demonstrate and lead the safe operation and basic servicing of mechanical, motorized, and electrical equipment within the warehouse environment.
  
  


• 
  
  Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance and operational efficiency.
  
  


• 
  
  Assist with inventory accuracy by conducting audits, cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies.
  
  


• 
  
  Demonstrate and lead the performance of specialized clerical and documentation duties, including shipping records, inventory transactions, and system updates.
  
  


• 
  
  Communicate operational priorities and performance expectations to team members.
  
  


• 
  
  Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
  
  


• 
  
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  
  


• 
  
  Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

  Required

  
  

  
  
  • 1-3 years of relevant warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
  
  
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  
  
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret documents, instructions, and operational reports.
  
  
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  
  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  
  

  
  

  Preferred

  
  

  
  
  • Warehouse experience.
  
  
  • Logistics experience.
  
  
  • Previous leadership or team lead experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
  
  
  • Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, or order pickers.
