There’s no time like the present to sort out your summer plans, and if you love the outdoors and adventure, we have the perfect opportunity for you!   The Role: Outdoor Adventure Specialist Do you love being active outdoors and helping others try new things? As an Outdoor Adventure Specialist, you’ll lead campers in exciting activities such as climbing, high ropes, zip lining, hiking, archery, mountain biking, camping, ecology, animal care, and horse riding. You’ll help campers step outside their comfort zone, build confidence, and create unforgettable memories in a safe and supportive environment. You don’t need formal qualifications—we’re looking for people with experience in outdoor activities, enthusiasm for sharing their passion, and a positive attitude. If you have worked with children or young people before, that’s a huge bonus! No professional experience is necessary, just a willingness to work with children, a love for the outdoors, and plenty of energy.
