J&E Concessions / Lehigh Valley Ironpigs: Outdoor Server/Wait Staff

The Lehigh Valley Ironpigs strive to provide a positive and memorable experience for every guest every time.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age


• Be able to stand for an extended amount of time


• Ability to lift 10-25 pounds on occasion


• Comfortable dealing with large crowds

Previous Waiting / Bartending experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

All Concessions attendants may be considered for cross-training in multiple locations of the ballpark at managements discretion. General responsibilities for all positions include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the in-seat food and beverage service at specific locations


• Maintain service station, before, during and after game to ensure proper set-up and cleanliness for next shift


• Receive and input order from guest into point of sale terminal


• Delivering their food and beverage requests within a timely and accurate manner.

Staff Uniform:

• Ironpigs Wait Staff Shirt (provided)


• Khaki pants (associates responsibility)


• Comfortable shoes; non skid shoes highly recommended (associates responsibility)
