Outpatient Admissions Coordinator
Flexible hours, Week days

This vital role ensures a seamless experience for new patients by handling inquiries, verifying information, coordinating schedules and maintaining accurate patient records. Greets all patients with a warm welcome and excels in a team environment.
We are seeking a social, kind and dependable candidate to join our outpatient therapy services!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Primary point of contact for all PT, OT and SLP outpatients to ensure a smooth transition into our services.
Pleasant, assertive approach to visitors, employees and phone guests, utilizing good judgement in each encounter
Maintaining an efficient and productive working environment
Administrative support requiring independent decision-making
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and time management

PREREQUISITES:

Customer Service experience
Knowledge of office related equipment
