The Opportunity

Every appointment here is 40 minutes, one-on-one, with a licensed physical therapist. That includes evaluations and every follow-up. Patients aren't handed off to techs, and you won't be double- or triple-booked.

This is a therapist-owned and operated outpatient practice built by clinicians who wanted to practice the way PT school taught them: time to think, time to connect, and time to help patients improve. Clinical decisions are made in the clinic, not by a regional manager or a spreadsheet.

If you're tired of rushing between patients and finishing notes at night, this practice was designed to fix that. With 40-minute sessions and a cap of 12 patients per day, most therapists complete their documentation during treatment time.

Why This Opportunity Is Worth a Look

• 40-minute one-on-one sessions for evaluations and all follow-ups
• Up to 12 patients per day, averaging 50–52 visits per week
• No productivity minimums. A quarterly productivity bonus is available, but there are no required quotas and no pressure to fill downtime with extra caseload.
• Flexible scheduling, with a choice of start times and compressed-week options for the right candidate
• $85,000 – $105,000 salary plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus
• $1,500 per year continuing education allowance
• Certification sponsorship, plus accommodation for therapists who need extra time to pursue credentials such as AAOMPT
• Therapist-owned. Clinical decisions stay with clinicians.

Mentorship That Is Actually Structured

For new and recent graduates, mentorship is scheduled time, not a vague promise:

• You're assigned a senior therapist for 6–12 months.
• You meet with them twice a week for 40 minutes.
• Bi-weekly clinical meetings are held for the whole team.
• Mentorship time is tailored to your needs and adjusted as you develop.

Experienced clinicians are welcome too. You'll work alongside therapists who hold a range of certifications and can collaborate with colleagues whenever you want a second opinion.

What Your Week Looks Like

• Evaluate and treat an outpatient caseload of orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health patients
• Build individualized plans of care focused on the whole person, not just the injury
• Reassess progress and adjust treatment as patients improve
• Help patients get back to what matters to them, such as sports, lifting, parenting, and daily life
• Grow a specialty practice in areas like pelvic floor, sports, or dry needling

The practice reports an average clinician NPS above 90.

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
• Solid clinical reasoning
• Interest in orthopedics, sports, or pelvic health
• New graduates welcome
