Outreach / Scheduling Specialist

What You'll be Doing:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound inquiries


• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for sales and project specialists


• Build rapport with homeowners and create positive first impressions


• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, text, and in-person interactions


• Track leads, appointments, and customer communications in company systems


• Help maintain an organized office and welcoming showroom environment


• Participate in occasional community events and promotions to generate appointments


• Support administrative and office tasks as needed

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, appointment setting, or sales experience preferred


• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day


• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities


• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems


• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results


• Someone who enjoys connecting with people and building trust through conversation
