motivated professionals who want stability, earning potential, and a clear path

We’re currently seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to
conduct in -home residential inspections and help homeowners protect and enhance
their waterfront properties.

• Guaranteed
  Training pay for 8 weeks of $1,000 paid weekly.
  
•  2% commission will be applied across the board
  on all sales.

  annual comp: $175,000–$225,000

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you’ll be a key part of our
growth and customer experience:

• Conduct
  in -home residential inspections with homeowners
  
• Evaluate
  docks, seawalls, and waterfront structures
  
• Educate
  customers on current conditions and recommended solutions
  
• Prepare
  and present estimates and proposals
  
• Close
  sales in the home with confidence and professionalism
  
• Manage
  and follow up on your sales pipeline
  
• Build
  long -term relationships with homeowners and referral partners
  

What We’re Looking For

• Sales
  experience preferred (in -home, -comission based sales a plus)
  
• Construction,
  marine, or home improvement experience is a bonus
  
• Strong
  communication and presentation skills
  
• Self -motivated,
  goal -oriented mindset
  
• Professional,
  trustworthy, and customer -focused
  
• Comfortable
  working independently in the field
