Job Description - Outside Sales Executive

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to join our growing team! In this role, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with prospective clients. With a strong base salary and unlimited commission potential, your earnings are directly tied to your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Create tailored presentations and proposals to address client needs.
  • Participate in community events and trade shows to represent City Wide.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven outside B2B sales experience, ideally 2+ years.
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as needed.
