Bath and Bronze is a high‑end decorative plumbing and hardware showroom serving builders, remodelers, designers, and homeowners throughout the Columbia market. This role is being posted as part of our planned showroom expansion and future location growth. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our trade partnerships and increase specification volume.
The Role
You will develop and grow relationships with builders, remodelers, and design professionals. This is a field-based, performance-driven sales role focused on revenue growth, pipeline discipline, and margin protection.
What You Will Own:
Trade account growth and new business development
Specification volume with builders and remodelers
Monthly and annual revenue targets
CRM pipeline tracking and follow-up discipline
Margin protection through strategic selling
Who You Are:
You are competitive, disciplined, and relationship-oriented.
You are comfortable prospecting, asking for the order, and managing your pipeline with precision.
You thrive in an accountable environment where results matter.
Experience We Value:
3 to 5 years of outside sales experience in building materials, plumbing, lighting, hardware, or related industries preferred.
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
Comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment with measurable KPIs.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
