We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage a multi-state territory across Utah and Nevada. This is a high-impact role focused on developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and delivering fluid process solutions to customers across diverse industries.
You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy—essentially running your territory like your own business—while being supported by a strong internal team and industry-leading resources.
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Identify, prospect, and secure new customers across key industries
- Grow existing accounts by providing consultative, solution-based sales
- Conduct market research to uncover opportunities and understand competitive landscape
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and technical solutions
- Manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Utilize CRM tools and technology to track activity and manage pipeline
- Maintain strong product knowledge across pumps and fluid process equipment
Experience, Education and Skills
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, engineering, or related field)
- 2+ years of B2B industrial sales experience
- Experience with fluid process, pumps, or related equipment preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to travel within territory, including occasional overnight travel
