Sales Representative - Middle Pennsylvania

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or hands-on experience in the
  automotive repair industry.
  
• Knowledge
  of Products: Strong understanding of automotive repair equipment,
  particularly welders, frame racks, lifts, rivet guns, and ADAS systems.
  
• Sales
  Skills: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in
  a B2B environment.
  
• Technical
  Understanding: Ability to explain complex technical products and
  solutions to a non-technical audience.
  
• CRM
  Experience: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, sales
  activities, and customer relationships.
  
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with a strong sense of initiative and time
  management.
  
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory to meet
  with customers, as well as occasional travel for trade shows and industry
  events.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous
  experience selling automotive repair equipment is highly desirable.
  
• Strong
  network and relationships within the automotive repair industry.
  
• Knowledge
  of industry regulations and trends related to ADAS calibration systems.
