Outside Services Attendant

Summary

The Outside Services Attendant works closely with the Golf Course Manager and Assistant Manager on the outside golf operations to provide an exceptional service for members and their guests. Primary responsibility falls on service to members, assisting golfers with bags, cart cleanliness/upkeep, and maintaining the driving range. The Cart Attendant must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service. Must be flexible in meeting the varying scheduling needs of the golf course. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to perform a flexible range of tasks to provide the best overall service possible.

Duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 This position will be one of the first to greet and assist the members when they arrive to the course.

1. Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment including trash and debris in the parking lot and around the building.
2. Maintain the condition of golf carts with specific attention to their cleanliness and appearance.
3. Remain courteous and professional with patrons and co-workers at all times.
4. Refer all major problems/complaints to a manager.
5. Communicating the need for supplies necessary for day to day operations of their given areas.
6. Follow procedures for proper opening and closing of the cart and range operations.
7. Maintain order and continuity of player traffic.
8. Regular attendance of scheduled work hours is required.
9. Other duties as required.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

 Good work ethic, responsible, initiative, courteous, good communication skills.

1. Must have valid driver’s license.
2. Must have a clean driving record.
