Over The Road CDL A Driver $1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS

We have newer equipment, 2016-2018 Freightliner Cascadias, with automatic transmissions.

An over the road driver performs all essential duties, while delivering loads to various states in a timely and safe manner. Duties include but not limited to :

• Performing Pre-Trip Inspections.
• Picking-Up and Delivering Loads. All routes, but generally stay in the Midwest region.
• Following DOT regulations and maintaining clean inspections.
• Forwarding Bill of Ladings / Point of Deliveries to Dispatch / Accounting in a timely manner.

Over the road & home time is agreeable between the driver and the company, but usually if from Illinois - 1 or 2 weeks on the road, if from any other state - 2 or 3 weeks on the road.

We require as follows :

• Current and valid CDL A License.
• Clean driving record. Insurance looks at the last 5 years.
• 2 years experience preferred. We do take have opportunities for less than 2 years experience / training.

Compensation

We are currently offering different pay options. They are as follows : 

OPTION 1 - .70-75 cpm ALL MILES.

OPTION 2 - $350 / day, contingent upon performing all duties asked of dispatch. 

OPTION 3 - 29 % of the load.

We are also currently offering a SIGN-ON BONUS of $1,500, with first bonus paid out after 30 days of driving with us.
