Overnight Facilities & Security Associate

Schedule: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Shift: Overnight
Position Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and hands-on Overnight Facilities & Security Associate to help maintain and monitor our dealership properties during overnight hours.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a property clean, safe, secure, and well-maintained and who is comfortable working independently during overnight hours.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Property Security & Monitoring

• 
  

  Monitor dealership properties during overnight hours.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive between our dealerships/lot location to routinely check and monitor the properties.

  
  


• 
  

  Look for unusual activity, security concerns, property damage, or other issues.

  
  


• 
  

  Report any suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, or property issues to management.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure doors, gates, and other designated areas are properly secured.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct routine property checks throughout the overnight shift.

  
  


• 
  

  Respond appropriately to property or facility concerns and follow established company procedures.

  
  

Showroom & Property Upkeep

• 
  

  Sweep and mop showroom floors and designated areas.

  
  


• 
  

  Dust and clean showroom surfaces, furniture, and common areas.

  
  


• 
  

  Empty trash and maintain a neat and orderly appearance.

  
  


• Help maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the dealerships.


• 
  

  Perform basic light maintenance and minor repairs when needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify maintenance issues that require additional attention and report them to management.

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  

  Reliable and dependable attendance is essential.

  
  


• 
  

  Must be comfortable working independently overnight.

  
  


• 
  

  Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to travel between the dealerships/lot locations during the shift.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and good observation skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to perform basic cleaning and light maintenance duties.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and move items as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience in security, maintenance, custodial services, facilities, or a similar position is preferred but not required.

  
  


• 
  

  Must be trustworthy and able to handle responsibility with minimal supervision.
