Overnight Manager/Night Auditor

• Ensure that all charges of the day have been properly posted to the appropriate guest folio or master account.
• Ensure that all food and beverage outlets have balanced.
• Ensure that all front office charges, miscellaneous charges, and adjustments have been posted and balanced out.
• Ensure that all guest charges have been balanced, all appropriate reports have been run, and all supporting documentation is attached to the appropriate reports.
• Will be Manager on Duty during the shift.

This is an overnight shift with the hours of 11PM - 7AM 3-5 days a week. Must work weekends & holidays. 

• Knowledge of computers, accounting, auditing, and front desk procedures.
• Ability to deal courteously and tactfully with the public.
• Ability to communicate and develop an effective working relationship with fellow employees and supervisors.
• Ability to make change quickly and accurately.
