Overnight Room Attendant| Crowne Plaza by IHG| McLean, VA - Dulles

Essential Duties: 

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.


• Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, mop, and clean bathrooms.


• Replenish towels, amenities, and other guest supplies.


• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.


• Report maintenance issues, damages, or guest concerns to the appropriate department.


• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures.


• Respond professionally to guest requests when needed.


• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an organized manner.


• Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the required time.


• Work independently and maintain a professional attitude during overnight hours.

Requirements: 

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred.


• Ability to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays.


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift as required.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Good customer-service and communication skills.
